Il Delatore
The Delator is a book carved freehand, composed of twelve tables, made during Ramadan, each table represents a door, one larger than the other, each to hide the next one but at the same time matching the profile of the next, which is more difficult and complex - like the ones you often find yourself having to overcome in life.
Nothing is random, red has been chosen, symbolically, as the color that represents the break/ violation of female virginity (another door), while the title, “The Delator”, plays right on the ambiguity of the door, which can hide but also reveal, be a “spy” of what happens behind it.
